The entire process of TOILET Soap Making can be divided into following steps:

The process can be classified into two sections. The first section is all about reaction of oils and fats with alkali. Crude soap with moisture developed in first section undergoes a several processes in the second section, like mixing in mixer, milling on triple roller mill, extruding under pressure for forming bars and soap stamping to desired size and shape.
